I've been buying from Simply Sound and Vision for a long time. Their staff is super friendly and really knows their stuff. They respond quickly to emails as well. If the items are in stock, you can expect next day delivery. Overall, it's a fantastic experience as a customer.

I reached out to Simply Sound & Vision because they had an open box music streamer listed on eBay. They were super helpful and responded to all my inquiries quickly and politely. The cherry on top was that one of their staff, who lives pretty close to me, brought the streamer right to my door.

"Outstanding Customer Support"
In a time when real service is hard to find, Simply Sound and Vision truly shines. I bought a couple of wireless speakers and was really impressed by the personal touch (they even delivered the second speaker to me directly) and the support after the sale. I ran into a minor problem with the speakers, and after dealing with the manufacturer (who was pretty useless, to be honest), I reached out to Simply Sound and Vision. Their response was top-notch; they offered a solution to fix the issue and followed through, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SS&V and will definitely be coming back, knowing that if something does go awry, they won’t just disappear like so many others.

"Replacement for My Old Sonos Connect - Trade Up Program"
I had a Sonos Connect that was on the fritz and needed a new one. I chatted with Zena, and she was super helpful in explaining the Sonos trade up program. She offered me the choice between getting another Connect or upgrading to the newer Sonos SL One. I ended up going for the SL One, thanks to the discount I received for my old, non-working unit. I’d definitely recommend taking advantage of this program; the team was really friendly and supportive, which is kinda hard to find these days.
